Dreamer. Listener. Curator.
Story Teller.
Most mainstream models of work are not sustainable and often waste a great deal of human potential. Grateful for the privilege of receiving a PhD education studying the sociology and psychology of work at Stanford University, Carol Xu would like to give something back to society.
After graduating from her PhD program at the Center for Work, Technology, and Organization from Stanford University in 2014, Carol literally dreamed up the Work Stories Project while sleeping one night.
She loves talking with strangers about their work experiences. Through story sharing, she is providing a reflective space for both story contributors and the larger audience.
